The State of Lower Saxony (Germany) has to pay DM 400,-- to a 43-year-old civil servant for an alternative therapy method, which the majority of traditional doctors consider to be ineffective. After a lawsuit lasting over a year the Administrative Court of Hannover has sentenced the civil servant’s compensation authority in Aurich to carry the costs of the so-called Bioresonance therapy. (Az 13A 6567/99). The civil servant, having suffered for years from allergies, had been treated by this method by a doctor of homoeopathy since the end of 1998. Different to former traditional therapy attempts this alternative method has helped her fundamentally. The federal associations of health insurances and national health GPs reject this method because of „lacking scientific proof".

The plaintiff objected to these decisions and took legal action. „The ability of judging without any prejudice is lacking with these traditional doctors, who object Bioresonance therapy", the 43-old woman says fighting for their rights without any lawyer. The therapist treating her emphasised in an attestation that for her patient there are no further options in traditional medicine. Due to the allergies her patient suffered from serious cramps, some being potentially serious. But Bioresonance therapy in combination with classical homoeopathy has soothed considerably her complaints. The judge of the Administrative Court, Mr. Dirk Oppenborn, obviously was so impressed by the „remarkable arguments" of the plaintiff, that in his sentence he stated Bioresonance therapy to be worthwhile being supported also beyond this individual case: „Besides, it is to be expected that the objective attitude of traditional medicine so far will be revised, if the reimbursement of costs by private health insurances will continue to be carried through, and there are important reasons to support this."

Allergy treatment from a totally new perspective

Since his birth, 4-year-old Niklas was suffering from a serious allergic rash covering his whole body. The burning and itching often was unbearable for the boy. The bio-energetic testing revealed a wheat allergy and an intestinal mycosis.

Mrs. Prigge-Jugsch, an experienced BICOM therapist, could bring some help to poor little Niklas by means of the BICOM Bioresonance therapy. The restless, inattentive child is not an appearance of the times we live in, but a form of abnormality in behaviour, which is known all over the world. But what is dramatic: the number of the so-called „hyperactive children" is still increasing. The sufferings are enormous, which a „fidgety Philip" can cause to himself and to the people around him by his restless, extremely volatile and imbalanced character. These children upset themselves and others permanently by their nerve-wrecking activities, they talk all the time but rarely come to the point. And the worst is that these hyperactive children are deeply unhappy!

Many parents desperately ask: „ Is there no medication which could make my child „normal" again?" But back in 1844 therapists already were helpless and also in traditional medicine today helplessness is wide-spread. Due to this helplessness in many cases chemical „heavy guns" are prescribed.

Normally these medicaments are psycho-pharmaceuticals containing substances being similar to cocaine and are subject to the Dangerous Drugs Act. These medicaments are suspected to lead to psychological addiction and they can have side-effects such as aggressiveness, hyperexitability, schizophrenic psychoses or may trigger stereotypes in behaviour. Parents with sense for responsibility are wondering whether this could be the right therapy for their child?

Mrs. Caspers-Merk, Bundesdrogenbeauftragte (in charge of the drug resort of Germany) painted a terrifying picture: „in 1990 only 2.500 children took Ritalin, today the number increased to more than 40.000". These numbers should make us think! Dr. med. Hermes, a long-experienced BICOM therapist, reported at the Colloquium last year, that he was extremely successful in treating hyperkinetic children - by means of the BICOM Bioresonance therapy. In his practice he treated 109 hyperactive children (89 boys , 20 girls - their age ranging between 4 and 15 years). In all cases their hyperactivity was accompanied by a more or less expressed attention-deficit-disorder syndrome, but also very often by a serious congenital alexia.
